If you purchase an umbrella and change your mind, we will give you a refund of the purchase price (not including postage).  The umbrella must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, be unused in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.  Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.  

If you receive a damaged or faulty umbrella contact us within 14 days of delivery and you will have the choice of a replacement or full refund including postage.  A photograph verifying the damage is required to be sent to us prior to a claim being processed.
